Ordering & ShippingPurchasing Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click on any items you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "order" you will be asked for a few details that we need in order to meet or satisfy the order. Payments We accept credit card payments. If you are shopping from within the EU, North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert your credit card transaction into Euros, US$ or your own other currency. We accept major credit cards, VISA, MASTER CARD, SWITCH and VISA DEBIT CARDS, SOLO, JJB and VISA ELECTRON. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. We do not charge extra for processing your card nor does our Bank. Other payment options are available, choose from the "Method payment" MENU. Availability and Back orders Please select how you would like your purchase to be shipped to you. We normally charge for postage and delivery for items for items under £500.00. For orders above £500.00 delivery is free, (UK customers only) If possible, we will deliver your order right away if order is received before 12.30 PM. This normally means on the same day, the next day, or as soon as the Post Office is opens. Generally, because of the ever increasing volume of trade your order may reach you within 3 - 4 working days. Internationally, goods will be delivered within 7 working days. You will be informed in advance should we think that they may take longer. We do not down load or process orders on Saturdays or Sundays Availability and Back orders We always try to keep all the items in stock. If we have run out, or do not have the full amount, we will e-mail you and tell you we are out of stock. We will back order and send your order as soon as the stock arrives. You can, of course, cancel the order if you would rather not wait. Postage We charge £5.00 on each order to cover postage and packaging for orders under 500gm in the UK. The maximum weight must be less than 500gms, otherwise other rates will apply. Outside the UK and other destinations, different rates. We send items world-wide. If you have any questions please e-mail or call our customer service team. Weight There is no maximum weight limit for goods sent within the UK or outside the UK. We can containerize and ship by road, sea or air. Guarantees and Returns Policy Guarantee - All of our products come with a 21 day no quibble guarantee. If there are any problems with any item we send you, please let us know, and we will put it right. Returns Policy - If you find the item is not suitable after you receive it, and then send it back to us and we will give you a prompt and courteous refund of the price of the goods, but we do ask that you pay the return postage. We regret that we do not refund the cost of postage unless we have made a mistake with the order. We can not accept returns of items that have been used or damaged, i.e. goods are to be returned in the same condition when you bought them. |
