Ideal irrigator for use within surgery or on domiciliary visits Dual power with mains or rechargeable Complete portability Supplied complete with user manual, power adaptor, footswitch and 10 disposable tips Benefits The Propulse III Electronic Ear Irrigator is intended to:     a) Facilitate the removal of cerumen and foreign bodies which are not hygroscopic, from the external         auditory meatus.     b) Remove discharge, keratin or debris from the external auditory meatus by irrigation with warm water. To prevent cross infection, it is recommended that at least one clean, QrX Single-Use Tip is used per patient or per procedure. Propulse Cleaning Tablets ensure that the Propulse NG's water tank remains free from bacteria that can accumulate in the machine when not in use.  It is recommend that the NG is cleaned using a cleaning tablet each day prior to the commencement of procedures
