It also provides a safer working environment by helping to reduce the risk of cross infection. The fitted sheets are designed for use on stretcher trolley mattresses and may be used with the absorbent underpad to help prevent body fluids soaking into mattress interiors. Flat universal sheets are a versatile option for larger mattresses. Patient top sheets in a dark blue colour maitain dignity. Pillow cases and an Emergency Blanket with integral barrier film for added strength are also available.
